An OFW from HongKong was Angry because she got deceived by the people who runs the election (for the Phillippines Elections) in HongKong. The woman was very angry because her count for her voted President (which is Duterte) was not counted, and the people who runs the VCM's (Vote Counting Machines) have erased her vote for Duterte. The receipt that was shown to the woman has no name for the President that she voted.
The woman was furious because she went really early to vote even though it was raining at HongKong and the lane was really long. The woman said that no matter what happens, Duterte will win the election as the new President of the Philippines.
