CCTV FOOTAGE of 4 Armed Men Robbing M Lhuillier Gaisano Surigao Branch!
Two CCTV Footage's were posted on Surigao City's PCR Facebook Page in which you would see in the footage that the branch of M Lhuillier Gaisano Surigao has been in an incident of Robbery. There were in total of of 4 suspects who smashed the glass cases of the said establishment. Up until now there has been no information about the suspects and are still on the loose. The crime transpired last April 1, 2016 and still hasn't been caught.
