On a Facebook post of a woman named Hayley Catacutan, she shared a video in which a police officer was seen to slap a guy who was riding a motorcycle twice. Hayley stated that she was on her way home around 2:58 PM, near Luneta Park when the incident happened. She also stated that she didn't know what actually happened between the police officer and the motorist.
There has been no news about this said incident, but with the help of the video of Hayley and the info about the abusive road raged police officer who has the car plate number of UEQ 399, this case might be solved soon.
*Looks like the Police Officer isn't really a Police officer, and was just wearing the shirt to deceive the people.
