The suspect initiated a hostage attack against an 11-year-old girl while under the influence of drugs and holds the poor kid at knife-point where he threatened to stab her in the heart. Police were present at the location and tried to negotiate peacefully.
There are a lot of elements that provoked the disoriented addict as people pluck around the scene. One bystander managed to sneak from behind and shot the gun but missed, leading the kidnapper to run in a secluded area while carrying the helpless 11 year-old.
In their second attempt, police has thrown in some cash and a cab for the kidnapper to escape as parts of the bargain. A negotiator has also come forward to distract him while a sniper climbs the ladder at the opposite side of the wall and ended the scene with a gun shot.
Reports said the kidnapper was in an immediate critical condition while the little girl, though unharmed, is experiencing shock and trauma.
