News are now circulating the social media about the mother of 'Pastillas Girl' also known as Teresa Yap who have been shot in the head and was dead on arrival. According to AbsCbnNews, Yap with her one daughter and niece was about to eat at a roadside Tagaytay street in Caloocan when suddenly an unknown gunman shot her head from behind at a close range.
