A student from Central Luzon State University named Ivan Mendoza was on his way home with his cousins has witnessed a terrifying scene.
According to Ivan, they noticed the headless security guard a bit far from them so he filmed it and tried to zoom in to make sure of what they saw. When they realize that everything was real, they immediately ran off.
